Letter of intent
5% of the deposit money in cheque to be held by the buyer's lawyer and provide a
photocopy of the said cheque to the seller's lawyer and in this case it is BG's lawyer.
5% of the earnest money come to about RM30m.
Site visit and other expenses like diligence work etc on the buyer's account.
Deal would be arranged between lawyers on both side.
