United Malacca denies 25,000 acres Sabah land sale, claims documents were forged
KUALA LUMPUR: United Malacca Bhd (UMB) has come forward to explain that it was not selling the two parcels of oil palm land of 25,000 acres in Kinabatangan, Sabah, claiming that the documents purportedly signed by its directors had been forged.
UMB had received some documents purportedly signed by its directors indicating its intention of selling the Millian-Labau Land.
“All the signatures in the said documents purported to be those of directors of UMB are forgeries.”

ReplyDeleteonce the deal finally go through by such private arrangement, the whole truth would be revealed.
The 2009's deal went to the Courts but it was best for settlement out of court.
